The multifunctional plasma powder surfacing machine is mainly used for plasma powder surfacing welding of small and medium parts. Used for surface modification of products to improve the wear and corrosion resistance of products. It is suitable for automatic surfacing welding of the inner hole, outer circle, end face and other positions of the product. It has the characteristics of wide surfacing welding range, excellent welding quality and high degree of automation.
This set of machine tools is composed of plasma powder surfacing machine, through-hole welding positioner, welding torch traveling mechanism (welding manipulator), welding oscillator, electrical control cabinet, machine tool closed cabinet and other main parts. The control system adopts programmable logic controller (PLC), which realizes the linkage of various components through programmed control, and realizes automatic surfacing welding. There are multiple sets of welding programs in memory, which can realize the round end face surfacing, outer round surfacing, and inner hole surfacing of the product. It is suitable for surfacing welding of valves, picks, plungers, thrust plates, shafts, rolls and other products.

This set of equipment can be used for outer circle surfacing, inner hole surfacing, and end face surfacing of products.
Before use, select the corresponding welding mode according to the characteristics of the surfacing product, set the corresponding parameters, such as spindle speed, swing speed, welding pitch, advancement distance, etc., and then simulate debugging, and then start the formal welding operation after meeting the requirements. After the completion of the debugging of each product parameter, the subsequent surfacing welding is automatic except for manual product loading and unloading. After clamping the product, just press the automatic button, and the machine tool will automatically complete the surfacing of the product.
