5 DIA x 10′-0 LG Overlay Pipe5 Dia X 10' 0 Lg Overlay Pipe

5 DIA x 10′-0 LG Chromium Carbide Overlay Pipe with 5 mating flange is a wear elbow made of seamless steel base elbow onto which chromium carbide overlay is welded with an open arc process. We use an oscillating table with one welding head to arc weld the chromium carbide to the internal of the elbow. We can handle diameters from 100mm and above. we also fabricate the pipe from our Chromium Carbide Overlay Plate. The overlay is deposited perpendicular to the flow of material through the elbow resulting in a longer wear life.

The application of wear-resistant pipelines has spread throughout the electric power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, chemical, building materials, machinery and other industries, and is developing rapidly. When the abrasive is transported in the wear-resistant tube (such as ash, coal powder, slag powder, tailings, cement, etc.), there is a problem of rapid wear of the wear-resistant tube, especially the elbow wear faster. When transporting strong corrosive gases, liquids or solids in the wear-resistant pipeline, there is a problem that the wear-resistant pipeline is corroded and quickly damaged. When high-temperature materials are transported in wear-resistant pipelines, there is a problem that the use of heat-resistant steel pipes is very expensive. After the wear-resistant tube was put on the market, these problems were solved. Wear-resistant pipelines are widely used for the transportation of heavily worn mine fillers, concentrates and tailings. Wear-resistant pipelines in coal-fired thermal power plants, such as powder transportation, slag removal and ash transportation, are also very suitable. Wear-resistant pipelines are ideal wear-resistant pipelines for transporting strong corrosive acids, alkalis, salts, solids and liquids. Wear-resistant pipelines are very safe and reliable when used in high temperature corrosion, high temperature wear or high temperature corrosion.
